Grief Support Services
My services provide grief support, coaching and personal development guidance.
These services are not a substitute for:
Medical advice
Psychiatric treatment
Psychological therapy
Emergency mental health support

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, have concerns about your safety, or require urgent support, please contact your GP, NHS 111 or emergency services as appropriate.
Appointments and Consultations
Appointments must be booked in advance.
If you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice where possible.
I reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. Where this occurs, an alternative appointment will be offered.
Journal Purchases
All prices shown on the website are in pounds sterling (£).
Reasonable efforts are made to ensure product descriptions, prices and availability are accurate.
Once an order has been placed, you will receive confirmation of your purchase.
Returns and Refunds
If a journal arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 14 days of receipt and I will work with you to arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.
Refunds for physical products may be considered in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.
Personalised services, completed consultations and support sessions are generally non-refundable once delivered.
