Julie Wilson

Life Coach, Grief Recovery Specialist, and Bereavement Counsellor.

I am a qualified life coach, divorce coach, and grief recovery specialist based near Tunbridge Wells.

My path to this work has been deeply personal. Over the years, I have experienced profound loss - the death of my first child, complicated pregnancies, the sudden deaths of both my parents (one to suicide), and a long, emotionally exhausting divorce.

These life experiences, though deeply painful, revealed a strength and compassion in me I never expected. They also ignited a desire to help others facing similar challenges.

I trained in life coaching with a specialism in divorce and later qualified as a grief recovery specialist and bereavement counsellor.

Now I support people navigating all kinds of loss — not just bereavement, but the loss of identity, relationships, security, health, and purpose. Whether you’re facing the aftermath of a separation, the death of a loved one, or a major life shift.  I offer a safe, understanding space to process your experience and move forward with greater clarity and hope.

If you are struggling right now, please know you’re not alone. I’d be honoured to walk alongside you as you find your way .
