Grief can feel like a fog, a tidal wave, or a slow ache that never quite leaves. It shows up in our bodies, our thoughts, our relationships, and our sense of self.  While no two experiences are the same, there is one truth I hold close,  you deserve support that honours your story.

As a qualified Life Coach, Grief Recovery Specialist, and Bereavement Counsellor, I offer compassionate, practical guidance for those navigating loss in all its forms, bereavement, divorce, health changes, pet loss, identity shifts and much more.



About Me

My name is Julie Wilson, and my work is grounded in both professional training and personal experience. Over the years, I’ve walked my own path through profound loss — experiences that taught me how deeply grief can shape, and ultimately, soften the human heart.

Those experiences inspired me to dedicate my life to helping others find their footing after loss. I trained as a Life CoachDivorce Coach, and Grief Recovery Specialist, combining emotional understanding with practical tools to help people move forward with clarity and hope.

I believe that healing begins when we are seen, heard, and supported — without judgement or pressure to “move on.” My role is to walk alongside you as you navigate this tender chapter of your life, helping you rediscover meaning, peace, and self-compassion.
