As a Certified Grief Recovery Method Specialist®, I’ll guide you through this gentle yet powerful process, providing a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space where you can express your feelings openly and honestly.
How It Works
Each session follows a clear structure based on The Grief Recovery Handbook, a copy of which you’ll receive when we begin. Together, we’ll explore your personal experience of loss and take small, specific actions that lead towards emotional completion and renewed peace.
Throughout the programme, you will:
Understand how grief affects your emotional and physical well-being
Explore and express your feelings safely and without judgment
Challenge common myths about grief (such as time heals all wounds or keep busy)
Identify what remains emotionally unfinished so it can be completed
Begin to let go of the pain of loss and rediscover hope for the future
Your commitment to the process and honesty with yourself are key. I’ll be there to guide, listen, and support you every step of the way.
