What is Grief

Grief is the feeling of reaching out for someone who has always been there only to find when you need them they are no longer there.

Grief is the conflicting feelings caused by the end of or change in a familiar pattern of behaviour.

Grief is the normal and natural reaction to any significant emotional loss of any kind.

Grief

Grief is a natural part of life and binds us together as human beings and we will all experience some form of loss during our lifetime.

The feeling of loss can be overwhelming, experiencing all kinds of difficult and unexpected emotions from shock, anger, disbelief  and guilt.  It can attack our immune system leaving us vulnerable to illness, an increase in blood pressure with the risk of blood clots, feeling anxious and in some cases suicidal.

If you are suffering or know someone who is, then please  reach out to me and share your story.  I offer a complimentary 30 minute call which will enable you to ask any questions,  discuss the level of support needed, how the sessions can be conducted and costs.

I look forward to hearing from you.
